1:25=Pick up best friend and head to Lynchburg to see our other best friends (A Brilliant Ending) play their last show.

2:15=Arrive at the show.  It's outside and super ultra mega hot! We meet and greet with everyone. It's kinda melancholy for the nine of us because we know this is it...the end of a great band.

3-ish=Jordan doesn't feel well at all.  He's been drinking Dr. Pepper all day and is dehydrated.  All me and Caitlin have for him is green tea.  We find a drink machine and the closest thing to water they have is Powerade, so we get it.  He feels a little better but still doesn't think his vocals are gonna be his greatest.  They set up and play.  I take pictures and while doing so Caitlin tells me she doesn't feel good.  We wait for ABE to finish their set (in which I got a song dedication for wearing their merch to the show :P)

4-ish=? We jet straight out after the show to the convienence store down the street.  We buy water for the guys and head back.  They're still loading Tyler's SUV.  We get everything loaded and all our stuff and stand out for a bit and talk.  The guys invite us for lunch and we follow them back to Bedford.

5:30-6-ish=We eat at McDonalds.  Evan and Jordan are MIA for a while because Evan got sick.  Evan finally held down some food and Tyler's foot was beginning to swell because Evan dropped some equipment on his foot.  After we ate we all walk over to Goodwill where Nathan and Maggie have already gone.

6:00=We fool around at Goodwill for a good half hour.  We all try and find things for Jordan so he can be The Joker for Halloween.  Evan found a chair and we left him for five minutes and he was out.  We woke him up and walked back to our cars after Caroline bought some fingerless gloves.

6:30=We congregate back at our cars and since the guys have no idea where Anna's is, to get to the house show they're playing, they have to follow me.  Poor Evan had to sit in the back of Tyler's SUV with all their stuff.  I had a full back seat he could have slept in. :[

7:00-10:30=We get to Anna's where Andrew's band was finishing up.  Next was Griff's band and they played THE longest set! We all sat on the trailer hitch and messed around with cameras and shit while the other bands played.  Sometime around 8:30 the other half of Head Over Kills shows up and they start setting up next.  They took over half an hour to set up and then they played.  They finished up around 10 when the sound ordinance came into play.  So A Brilliant Ending had to "play quietly".  Well they don't know how to do that so in the middle of a breakdown the power gets cut.  A couple people were saying that the cops had come but that never happened.  The power came back on and they played about 3 more songs.  We packed up all their stuff then I had to take Caitlin home so we bid adeiu.

All in all it was a great day.  We had the best fun I've had with them in a long time...I can't believe they're breaking up...stupid college.  Tyler is off to James Madison University so they could technically find a fill-in bassist for when he's not here but supposedly they aren't happy with Jordan anymore but I don't see why.  He's the sweetest, funniest kid ever.  And he's great with vocals.  I guess we'll see what happens but I hope it doesn't turn out the way it's been rumored to. :/

so March 13, 2008. Chuck Boone died. I know none of you know who that is, but he's a junior at my school. He passed away this morning in surgery after a car accident. He's missed and loved very much and we all pray he knows that.
Frankie and Alex: I know you were close friends with him, closer than I was. And I know you probably won't see this but I'm here for you. Alex, I'm not too worried about you, you seem okay at the moment. Frankie, I am very worried about you. You're one of my closest guy friends and I don't need to lose you. I know you don't want to believe it, no one does, but the first step is acceptance. Just know that we're all in the same boat and the best thing to do is to stick together.

you'll notice some changes starting to occur within my buzznet...if you cared anyway. some serious things are changing and i dont like who i was or what i have become (because of someone who shall remain nameless,  *cough daniel cough*. im ready for something new. i dont know how to explain it. i guess because ive fallen out of love. but thats a story for another time. besides, i havent updated on here in god knows how long, other than that journal entry about the show. i have a ton of pics that need to be uploaded. theyre just sitting on my computer. i blame it on my college english class haha. too many essays and papers ruin what tiny social life and free time i may have. but less than six months and high school will be done. then summer (wonderful summer). then my new college life. and right now i dont see anything changing about me through that time. sure i'll get older, may get a tattoo and a couple more piercings, but i will still stay straightedge. i will still love my friends like no other and always have their backs. i dont know anymore. i think im just rambling to keep all eyes on me for just a few more seconds. oh well.

it(life) was worth a shot. i guess it still is.

FINALLY! my favorite band (fob) came to play a show at my hometown! you have no idea how truly stoked i was. the day was completely amazing. floor seats, with my boyfriend, tons of people (some i knew, some i didnt) but that didnt matter. even if petey was in cast it was still the most amazing concert ive ever been to...cute was AWESOME! (and it was shaant's 21st bday so that made it extra special that he celebrated it with us). plain white ts were equally amazing and definitely played a crazy set. gym class was pretty sick...they so blew the roof off the place-everybody was like going crazy. THEN it was time for the band of the hour...FALL OUT BOY! i swear i about popped a lobe and a ventricle and probably my aorta! yeah it was that big for me. haha. i was so geeking out. but daniel didnt seem to mind, i mean i told him i would be haha. yeah so their set was fucking mad crazy insane, sick as hell, like whoa baby! yeah i kinda suck at describing things i know. i make up shit sayings but thats just what pops in my head but anywho...all in all the concert was definitely the best night of my life! no contest.

yeah...i figured that line fit pretty well.   i just wasted four hours of my godforsaken life today taking fucking SATs. and i didnt even get to finish my essay! the question was a good one too. good news though... my english 11 sol essay question was 'think about someone who inspires you. they can be famous. tell who they are and give examples why they are inspiring.'
